Product Return Policy
- Customers have the right to exchange or return a product purchased from the website within 30 days of purchase only if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, based on a technical report from the maintenance or authorized service centers, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. If the 30-day period expires, the device will not be exchanged or returned for any reason. In this case, the customer must contact customer service at 01017981118 to file a maintenance report for devices for which a maintenance report has been filed, in accordance with Article 21 of the Consumer Protection Law.
- When returning or exchanging a product, the carton and packaging must be in their original condition, unopened or unused, and accompanied by all original documents. If a gift is included in the purchase order, it must be returned with the device. If all attachments are not returned, the exchange or return request will not be approved. In the event of a return or exchange of a product purchased with a discount or offer, only the customer's payment will be refunded.
-If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product, even if there is no manufacturing defect, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law.
1. If the device's packaging has not been opened or used and the device is still in its original condition:
According to Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to request a replacement or refund of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the device does not have a manufacturing defect, provided that it is in the same condition as the product was purchased at the time of purchase (i.e., it has not been opened or used).
• In this case, the product will be replaced, with a refund of the price difference between models, if any, or the product will be returned and its value refunded after deducting shipping costs, in accordance with Article 40, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Law (the supplier is obligated to refund the amount paid to the customer using the same method of payment, and the consumer bears the shipping and return costs of the product).
• In addition, if paying online via VISA/MasterCard, Vodafone Cash, or Etisalat Cash, an administrative fee of 1.5% will be deducted from the device's value. If paying through Fawry services, an administrative fee of 2.25% will be deducted from the device's value. If paying through MPOS machines upon receipt, an administrative fee of 1.45% + EGP 1 will be deducted from the device's value.
2. If the customer opens the device's box:
According to Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the device if the device's box is opened or the device is used, as stated in the following cases:
A- If the nature of the product, its characteristics, or the method of packaging or wrapping prevents or changes it from being exchanged or returned, or makes it impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of contracting.
B- If it is not in the same condition it was in at the time of sale due to a reason attributable to the consumer.
• As an exception to the provisions of this article, the product will be replaced with a refund of the price difference between models, if any, or the device will be returned to the customer and its value will be refunded, but after deducting a 5% packaging fee from the total device value.
• Shipping costs will also be deducted, in accordance with Article (40), Paragraphs (1 and 2) of the Consumer Protection Law (the supplier is obligated to refund the amount paid to the customer using the same method of payment, and the consumer will bear the shipping and return costs).
• In addition, in the case of online electronic payment via VISA/Master, Vodafone Cash, or Etisalat Cash, an administrative fee of 1.5% will be deducted from the device value. An administrative fee of 2.25% will be deducted from the device value if payment is made through Fawry services, or an administrative fee of 1.45% + EGP 1 will be deducted from the device value if payment is made through MPOS machines upon receipt of the product.
